Refund policy

🤍 We hope you love your UPEA piece – but if something doesn’t feel quite right, you can return an unused product within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 How to return:

• Contact us via email: hello@byupea.fi

• Let us know your order number and the product you wish to return

• We'll send you return instructions

• A return fee of €5 will be deducted when your return is approved

✅ Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In original packaging, with all tags attached

💳 Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been processed

• The €5 return fee is deducted from the refund amount

• All items are carefully inspected before issuing a refund

• 💔 If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please reach out right away – we’re here to help
